Learn to understand your cycle, hormones, and reproductive health through Fertility Education & Medical Management (FEMM). These programs are designed to help women become informed advocates for their health through cycle tracking, body literacy, and hormone education.
1:1 Programs
These are programs that include 1:1 teaching, coaching, and cycle reviews, as well as in-depth fertility and cycle tracking education.
Adult Option 1, $95
This package is for those already familiar with a fertility tracking method (Creighton, symptothermal, Marquette, etc.) who want to specifically learn how to track with FEMM, which includes the biomarkers LH and cervical mucus.
Note: This class does not involve in-depth family planning instruction. Please see Adult Option 2 below if you want a heavier focus on family planning.
This package includes:
- A private FEMM intro class with 90 to 120 minutes of content (in person or online)
- Very basic instructions for family planning
- One full cycle review
- Unlimited texting and email support for each cycle we track together
Adult Option 2, $195
This package is for those who are new to fertility and cycle tracking. It dives deep into fertility education and is perfect for those wanting more support as they learn their cycles and become attuned with their bodies.
This package includes:
- Three in-depth fertility education classes where we go into what the reproductive hormones are, how to chart your cycles (including training on testing with LH), and how to use FEMM for family planning purposes
- Three full cycle reviews, including detailed analyses over email and a video call for each cycle where we go over the analyses
- Unlimited texting and email support for the three cycles that we track together
Teen Option 1, $225
This package is for teens (ages 12 to 18) who want to learn more about their bodies and how to track their cycles. It includes lessons on how the reproductive system operates, how to chart, and how to live a healthy life through diet and lifestyle choices while being a teenager.
This package includes:
- Four in-depth fertility education classes where we go into what puberty is and how it affects a woman’s body, how reproductive hormones operate, how to chart a woman’s cycles, and how to make healthy lifestyle choices
- Four full cycle reviews
- Unlimited texting and email support for each cycle we track together
Teen Option 2, $325
If you are homeschooling, this package can be used as a health credit for a semester-long class.
This package is for teens (ages 16 to 18 only) who want to go even more in-depth into learning about fertility, how their bodies work, sexual attraction, male and female anatomy, how to chart their cycles, and making good life and dietary choices that are best for their bodies while being a teenager.
This package includes:
- Six in-depth fertility education classes where we go into what puberty is and how it affects a woman’s body, how reproductive hormones operate, how to chart a woman’s cycles, sexual attraction and how it affects the brain, the differences between male and female anatomy, and how to make healthy lifestyle choices as a teenager
- Four full cycle reviews, including detailed analyses over email and a video call for each cycle where we go over the analyses
- Unlimited texting and email support for the four cycles that we track together
Please note: I ask that all clients under age 16 have at least one parent with them on each video call (preferably mom). Clients age 16 and older are not required to have a parent present, but it is still recommended. I will not take a minor on as a client without written parental permission.
Individual Cycle Reviews
These options are for those who have already gone through a FEMM Intro Class or 1:1 coaching program.
Email Cycle Review, $10
This includes a detailed analysis of one full cycle through email, as well as continued email support until all questions have been answered in regards to that cycle.
Video Cycle Review, $20
This includes a detailed analysis of one full chart through email, plus a 30-minute video call where we go over the analysis and I answer any questions that you may have.
Group Sessions
I will have separate workshop offerings for adults, preteens, and teens.
